Recently, a client asked Endura-Form if we could install a 3200 square foot floor in a repair shop in a semi-permanent installation. After initial preparation work, the floor was installed and ready to use in just two and a half days! On completion, the left over material amounted to a bit of saw waste. and the shop could be put to immediate use. Endura-Form panels can be used in temporay and permanent installations. The panels are designed so that radiant heat systems can be easily fitted.   The panels arrive ready to go! Endura-Form panels are easy to transport. Site preparation consisted of providing drainage, levelling and covering the ground with a protective sheet.   The layout begins - Endura-Form panels are laid out in an offset interlocking pattern so the whole floor is essentially one piece.To provide the offset the bottom edge panels are cut to the right width - all pieces are used. Once started, installation proceeds quickly.   The panels needing resizing were easily cut with a table saw as shown here. They can also be worked with practically any any tool that can be used on wood.   When they are down, the top panel layer is bolted through to the bottom layer to provide an extremely solid floor that is very strong. Individual panels can be easily removed for access or replacement - This is the completed floor - in this case access will be provide with a concrete ramp though other means can be used.
